Food Journal

The purpose of a food journal is to help you develop an awareness of your eating habits to better help you on your Eat Well Crohn’s Colitis journey.

  • Write down everything you eat and drink, no matter how small it seems. 
  • Mention how the food was prepared (grilled, baked, fried), include condiments, and list the brand name or restaurant when possible. 
  • Look back to explore trends, or work with me to expertly evaluate trends for you.
